Terms and Conditions – m9999 Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," "your") and m9999 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your access to and use of the website located at m9999.im and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.

Your continued use of m9999 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The most recent version of these Terms will always be accessible at this URL and will supersede all previous versions.

These Terms apply to all users of m9999 regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. Whether you access the platform on a desktop computer, a mobile phone via browser, or through any other means, the same Terms govern your use. m9999 is intended exclusively for entertainment and recreational use by eligible adults.

To open an account and use the m9999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal minimum gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal bodies are not permitted to hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. m9999 does not accept registrations from users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using m9999 is lawful where you are located.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, or IP address are strictly prohibited. See Section 9 for consequences.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, or payment information — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be self-excluded from m9999 or any associated platform at the time of registration.

m9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and payment method verification. Accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.

Each user of m9999 is permitted to hold exactly one account. You are entirely responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. m9999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that use occurred because you failed to keep your credentials secure.

Your account on m9999 is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension without refund of any balance.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact m9999 support immediately at support@m9999.im. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the account while the investigation is ongoing.

m9999 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated tools or bots, or any breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus funds will be forfeited and only verifiable deposited funds may be eligible for return, subject to investigation.

All financial transactions on m9999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). m9999 supports the following deposit methods for users in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa – instant transfer via mobile wallet
• JazzCash – instant transfer via mobile wallet
• NayaPay – digital wallet transfer
• SadaPay – digital wallet transfer
• IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer) – bank-to-bank transfer, typically 15–60 minutes
• Visa / Mastercard – debit or credit card

The minimum deposit on m9999 is Rs 100. There is no standard maximum deposit, though individual payment methods may impose their own daily limits. m9999 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where the account holder and the payment method owner are different persons — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. Any funds received from a third-party source will be frozen and the account investigated.

m9999 applies industry-standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. Unusually large or frequent deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence checks, which may require documentation from the account holder before the funds are released for wagering or withdrawal.

Withdrawals from your m9999 account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by the m9999 finance team. This matching policy exists as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount on m9999 is Rs 200. Processing times vary by method:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: typically 5–20 minutes
• NayaPay & SadaPay: typically 10–30 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: typically 30–60 minutes during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank

Before your first withdrawal, m9999 is required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This involves confirming your identity with a valid CNIC or passport. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled and the account being restricted to deposits and wagering only until verification is complete.

m9999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, suspected bonus abuse, unverified identity, or payment method mismatch.

m9999 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, accumulator boosts, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the Promotions page. The general principles below apply to all offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement on m9999 is 10x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• m9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, though it will honour terms already activated by eligible users before such changes take effect.
• Bonus funds are used first when placing bets. Real money funds are used only after the bonus balance has been depleted.
• Certain games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets contribute 100% while some casino games may contribute less. The exact contribution table is published on the Promotions page.

Any attempt to exploit promotions through irregular betting patterns — for example, placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in bonus profit with minimal risk — is classified as bonus abuse on m9999 and will result in the full forfeiture of bonus and any associated winnings, plus possible account suspension.

Sports betting on m9999 is governed by the following general rules, which apply across all sports and markets unless specific sport-by-sport rules published on the platform state otherwise.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to market availability. m9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. If odds change between you clicking the odds and the bet being confirmed, m9999 will display the updated odds and request your acceptance.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play is completed, a clear pricing error has occurred, or market rules require voiding. Voided bets are refunded in full to the user's m9999 wallet.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted based on the market position at the time of bet placement, not at the time of the triggering event. m9999 is not liable for delays in live betting market updates due to data feed issues outside our control.
• Accumulators: If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the voided selection is removed and the remaining legs continue as a reduced accumulator.
• Minimum & maximum stakes: The minimum bet on m9999 sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event. High-profile events such as PSL finals may carry higher maximum stakes than regular fixtures.
• Result disputes: All results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a result dispute, m9999 will await official confirmation before settling markets.

All casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and crash games (including Aviator) available on m9999 are provided by licensed third-party game studios. These games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and, where applicable, provably fair cryptographic systems. m9999 does not control the algorithms of third-party games but only publishes games from studios that meet internationally recognised certification standards.

In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that results in an ambiguous outcome, m9999 will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated through a verifiable game malfunction will not be honoured. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the platform and all users.

For Aviator specifically, the crash point for each round is determined by a provably fair algorithm combining server-generated and client-generated seeds. The hash of the next round's seed is published before bets are accepted, allowing any user to verify the result after the round concludes. The following actions are strictly prohibited on m9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on m9999, whether under your own name or a third party's.
• Bonus abuse — any attempt to exploit promotional offers through irregular patterns, third-party collusion, or other means designed to obtain bonus funds without genuine wagering intent.
• Match fixing or any attempt to benefit from inside information regarding the outcome of a sporting event.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with m9999 in a way not intended by the normal user interface.
• Money laundering or using m9999 to process funds derived from criminal activity. m9999 complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Any action that disrupts the platform for other users, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks, data scraping, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for wagering. This will result in account suspension and recovery proceedings.

m9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following self-management tools are available to all m9999 account holders and can be accessed directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible losses over a defined period. Same reduction/increase rules as deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified duration of continuous play.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any m9999 content without our prior written consent.

By submitting any content to m9999 — for example, through chat functions, reviews, or any feedback mechanism — you grant m9999 a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation of the platform.

m9999 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use m9999.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers, payment processors, or sporting bodies that affect the platform or your account.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

In any case, m9999's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

In summary, m9999 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect all personal and financial information on the platform.

m9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the updated Terms come into effect. For minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect user rights — the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of m9999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m9999 is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the relevant jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
